Conference Norms


  • The subject language used in this conference is English.

  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust the agenda.

  • For on-site attendees in Taiwan:

    • When you check in, you will receive a registration pack, which includes your name badge. Please wear your badge at all times during the conference.
    • Following preventive safety measures will be taken against the spread of 2019 novel coronavirus:
  1. Mandatory Temperature Checks for everyone entering the conference. Anyone with temperature of 37.5°C or above will not be allowed to enter the conference.

  2. All participants are strongly recommended to prepare and wear a facemask during the conference.

  3. An alcohol-based sanitizer will be provided for the participants.

    • Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the organizer might cancel the on-site event and encourage Taiwanese participants to join online if the pandemic worsens a month prior to the conference. Updates of the conference will be posted on “Latest News”.
  • For online participants in Japan:

    • The online platform for the conference is Cisco Webex, please download on your computer prior to the conference. Further instruction about how to join: Webex User Manual
    • You will receive a reminder email including the meeting link and ID. Please click the link directly or type the meeting ID in the system.
    • Please type your Department + Position + NAME / Email to enter the conference. (No need to register)
    • Please check-in at least 5 minutes before the conference
